Frequently asked questions
What counts as one build?
One build = one new project from start to finish. Continuing, fixing, or adding features to an existing project is always free.
Can I buy extra builds without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Wallet credits let you buy additional builds on top of your plan allowance. Each credit = 1 build.
What payment methods are accepted?
International cards via Stripe. Nigerian and African cards via Paystack — much higher acceptance rates for local cards.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund if you have used 0 sessions within 7 days. 1–2 sessions used within 7 days goes to manual review. 3+ sessions used is non-refundable.
Do credits expire?
Referral and promo credits expire 12 months from when they were earned. Purchased credits are extended by 12 months each time you complete a build.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
